The Hoyts Facilities Helpdesk provides cinema managers quick and convenient access to submit work requests to the facilities management team.

We encourage the use of this web interface for all work requests. The toll free telephone support is intended for emergencies only.

Please consider the following response times when logging a work request:

Urgent: 1 - 3 hours | High: 24 - 48 hours | Medium: 3 - 5 working days | Low: Less than days 14 days
