Hoyts is committed to providing a safe working environment for its service providers. As part of our strategy, Hoyts has introduced the Facilities Helpdesk as a platform supporting our work order system and the procedures relating to contractor management.
Hoyts
is dedicated to meeting its responsibilities under AS4801 OH&S and providing a safe working environment. This commitment extends to all contractors, subcontractors and suppliers of services to properties owned or under the management of Hoyts. This responsibility includes monitoring contractors to ensure work is conducted in a safe manner and that the workplace is maintained in a safe condition.
Contractors are unable to proceed with works on any Hoyts site without successfully completing the online induction. At the completion of this induction you will be issued with your unique Personal Induction Number (PIN) that you will be required to remember and enter when signing in at a Hoyts location.
*Please Note: Hoyts will reclaim the cost of $25 plus GST per induction as undertaken by the contractor*
Within 21 days you will be sent an Induction Card with all your personal details. Please ensure you have this with you at all times as a form of identification
